Start of week three

I can't believe we are starting week three of this phase of our lives. Lucas has a new professor for his class so we are both very excited about that opportunity. Ayden seems to be handling the situation well. He talks about going on a plan to get daddy, but he seems to be happy and content and back to his normal self. We are planning on a trip to the island at the end of February. It will be nice to see where he lives and what his life is like there. Ayden has a new class at Springbok too. His teacher is very energetic and loves creative play. He loves being in the big boy class, but sensitive to his old class's feelings, he tells them that they "aren't babies" just becuase he is in the big boy class.

Howdy Y'all
Greetings! This is the first official blog of the Texas Tilsen family. Today is the eight day of our marriage and the first day of the next four months. Most of you are probably aware that Lucas has returned to the island to finish his classroom work for his medical degree. We are one class away from having a hospital working medical student on our hands! Ayden and I will stay here in the U.S. until he returns April 21st. Please pray for Lucas's time on the island. ThatGod will bless him with wisdom and patience as he works hard for his dreams. Pray that anxiety and worry about his family in the U.S. will be alieved and that he will find joy in his work. Pray for me that I will be dilligent in my work here and that lonliness and impatience will stay far far away. Most of all pray that Ayden will understand the situation as well as a 2 and 3/4 year old little boy can. We have a long four months ahead of us, but we know that our love is strong and our Lord is big. This is all for our future's sake. Thanks to everyone who was a part of our big day! The Wedding was PERFECT. Disney was wonderful and time with our family and friends unforgetable.
We love you all,Lucas and Emily Tilsen
